Real estate investments exceeded 566 million euros in 6 months, more than twice than in the same period in 2021

The total volume of investments on the real estate market in Romania was 566.9 million euros in the first six months of 2022, of which 476.9 million euros in the last three months, according to a study conducted by Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance. Last year, in the first two quarters, a total of 194 million euros in real estate assets were traded.

Leier is investing in new factories in Romania

The Austrian construction materials manufacturer Leier has invested 100 million euros in Romania in the last 4 years and is now preparing to open a new production section in Iasi, also having an ongoing investment in its 5th factory, situated in Arad.

Cupio leased 3,200 sq. m of warehouse spaces in CTPark Timișoara

The group of companies which owns Cupio, a Romanian brand of professional cosmetics, leased 3,200 sq. m of warehouse spaces in the CTPark Timișoara Ghiroda project, located near the Timișoara International Airport. The transaction was brokered by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company.

Knauf will invest 200 million euros in two new factories in Romania

The German manufacturer of insulating materials Knauf will invest 200 million euros in Romania. The company plans to develop two new production facilities for drywall, metal profiles and insulation materials.

CTP received a construction permit for the 98,000 sq m logistics center in Arad

CTP is developing a 98,000 sqm logistics park across the road from Expo Arad, with the possibility of expanding in the second phase of the investment.
