Bullish e-tailers could boost logistics sector

Demand for specialized logistics space serving e-tailers is set to grow

IMMOFINANZ Group extends its tenants portfolio

IMMOFINANZ Group, one of the key players in real-estate investment and development on the Romanian market, closed new deals for North Center and Iride Business Park increasing the occupancy rate of the locations up to 72% and respectively 91%. The new deals were signed with Adrem Invest and CBN International Europe for North Center and Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies Romania and Acvatot for Iride Business Park.

Rockefeller could start by the end of the year the big project in Turda

Spain’s Graells & Llonch are close to sign the first contract for the industrial park in Turda, which means starting the works for the first warehouse by the end of this year.
