OTP Real Estate Investment Fund has acquired a high-value logistics property within the Industrial Park of Győr. The 30-thousand-square-metre warehouse is fully utilized due to its high quality, state-of-the-art infrastructure and strategic location. Among its tenants there are domestic as well as multinational companies. The purchase is part of a portfolio optimization strategy, by which the Fund aims to increase the yields of the OTP Real Estate Investment Fund.

Suceava to get new ring road built with EU funds

The European Commission has approved the first stage of a major project for the the construction of a ring road of Suceava in Romania, part of the TEN-T core network, a statement by the regional office shows. The project is worth about EUR 52 million, of which nearly EUR 44 million will come from the Cohesion Fund.

The real estate development company Globalworth, founded and leaded by Ioannis Papalekas, has increased with nearly 55 pct. its portfolio value compared to 2014, reaching an estimated value of more than EUR 930 million in the end of last year, according to the company report published on London Stock.
