EBRD lends EUR 25 mln to aircraft parts producer

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has awarded a EUR 25 million loan to Universal Alloy Corporation Europe (UACE), which specializes in producing aluminum parts producer for the aircraft industry.

German company gives up investment in a factory in Târgu Jiu

Auto parts manufacturer EKR-Elektrokontakt România, part of German group Nexans, with 2,500 employees in Romania, gave up an investment of nearly EUR 18 million in a factory in Târgu-Jiu, Gorj county, a project which should have created more than 800 jobs.
