Largest IT&C distributer on the Romanian market in negotiation with Panattoni for a logistics centre on A1 highway

Network One Distribution (NOD), the largest IT&C distributer on the Romanian market, is close to sign a deal with Panattoni, American company specialized in development of logistics projects, for the development of a warehouse of 30,000 sqm at km 23 on A1 highway Bucharest- Piteşti.

The logistics centre should be developed built to suit by the Americans for NOD.

Panattoni owns in Poland and the Czech Republic industrial spaces of more than 3.2 million sqm, with over 2.5 million sqm only in Poland, considering that the total area of the logistics warehouses in Romania is 2.5 million sqm.

Network One Distribution is owned by the local entrepreneur Iulian Stanciu, who is also CEO and shareholder of eMag, the largest online retailer in Romania. ROD registered in 2015 a turnover of 930 million lei according to the Ministry of Finance. (source: zf.ro)
